Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to all prepaid services and related offerings provided by Data Access Limited (hereinafter “UMOVEVIA”), located at FLAT/ROOM 8, 15/F WITTY COMMERCIAL BUILDING, 1A-1L TUNG CHOI STREET, KOWLOON, HONG KONG. Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, UMOVEVIA does not accept any terms that differ from these.

1. General Validity of the Terms

1.1 These Terms of Service (hereinafter “Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the “User” or “Customer”) and UMOVEVIA.

1.2 Prior to registering, purchasing, downloading, or using UMOVEVIA services, you must read, understand, and accept these Terms in their entirety.

1.3 If you do not agree to these Terms, you are not authorized to use any services provided by UMOVEVIA.

2. Description of Services

2.1 Use of Services

UMOVEVIA provides convenient and efficient cross-border communication solutions for users worldwide. In multiple countries and regions, we offer flexible data, voice, and SMS plans for frequent international travelers and business users. Users can instantly select, purchase, and activate Data plans covering locations worldwide through devices that support Data on the UMOVEVIA platform. Users can register, purchase, and manage Data plans via www.umovevia.com or the UMOVEVIA App. Payment services are supported by Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Alipay and WeChat Pay, ensuring secure transactions.

2.2 User Registration and Information Provision

Registered users must accept these Terms. During registration, the following information must be provided:

• Nickname
• Email address

2.3 User Responsibilities

When using UMOVEVIA services, users must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms. Users must not engage in any of the following:

• Any form of abuse, illegal activity, or fraudulent behavior;
• Any action that may impair or interfere with the normal operation of UMOVEVIA’s network.

If a user violates the above, UMOVEVIA reserves the right to suspend or terminate the service without further notice, and during the suspension, the user shall remain responsible for all related fees.
